The farm shop in Lauteracher Unterdorf and its online shop offer a very special selection of local food specialities for the discerning visitor. They are hand made using traditional techniques and local ingredients from Vorarlberg. Here you will find long-established methods in a new modern guise, reflecting the history and traditions of Vorarlberg.
We should mention the Vorarlberg specialities made using Riebelmais (a local maize type sometimes known as Turkish maize) (Slow Food Arche Products): fine or coarse ground semolina; unrivalled Riebelmais tortilla chips with home-made tomato salsa; crunchy muesli with Riebelmais; traditional prunes; nuts and honey and also the Xi.3 – Riebelmais Whisky; our Lauterach Dry Gin No.10; the Vi.P pear schnapps stored in oak casks, and durable iron pans for the very best Riebel.
