The specialities are the goat's and cow's milk cheeses produced on the alp (as Brettljause with pesto, as a salad with balsamic vinegar or fried with bacon strips or sesame) and the fresh pancakes. Furthermore, hearty Brettljausen with bacon, sausage, Landjäger and mountain cheese are offered.
