A path goes upwards to Ilga Chapel. You reach the Ilga spring with its healing water via a narrow path through the forest. Ilga Chapel is located close to the former home of the blessed Ilga: it was renovated in 2015 on the occasion of the 900th anniversary of her death. Enjoying a lovely view all the way, you make your way back via the Gmeind and Oberkaltberg plots of land.
Directions
The hiking to the Ilga spring and Chapel starts in the village center of Schwarzenberg. There you follow the signpostes upwards to "Ilga-Kapelle". You reach the Ilga spring with its healing water via a narrow path through the forest. Ilga Chapel is located close to the former home of the blessed Ilga. Enjoying a lovely view all the way, you make your way back via the Gmeind and Oberkaltberg plots of land.
